What is your return policy?
Buyers are responsible for returning any items that are defective in original packaging and in new condition. You will be refunded 100% for the item. We can only offer a 100% refund for defective/poor quality orders because we are a custom print shop and our products are made-to-order. Therefore if you have wrongly given us your size or if you order a size, receive that size but are not happy with the fit these are not grounds for a return.
We would like our customers to be satisfied with every shirt they order, however we cannot be held accountable for customer mistakes on orders as we are a custom order shop.
Customers who ordered the incorrect size, color, or style can return the product at the cost of an $11 restocking fee. Customers who ordered the correct size, color, or style but received the incorrect product shall have their order replaced free of charge with no need for return. Customers who received a product damaged on arrival are entitled to a refund.
